• You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Window

• Returns will only be accepted within 7 days after the product is delivered.

• Please ensure that the return products are shipped within 7 days to qualify for a refund.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Steps for a Successful Return

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Explain the reason for your return and request a return label.

3. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Ensure that you provide us with the return tracking information for verification.

5. Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund as per our policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

• Custom or personalized products.

• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return conditions of being unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
